JENNIFER & ERIC GET HITCHED : SADDLEROCK RANCH : MALIBU

Jennifer & Eric were the most charming couple who married last summer at Saddlerock Ranch. We created a day that was timeless, personal and approachable. The ceremony took place in front of a beautiful olive tree with a structure draped in the softest muslin, while Jennifer carried a garden blooms from peonies and roses in these softest palette. Guests fed the local farm animals carrot sticks upon arrival while sipping on custom cocktails. For dinner guests dined on four courses at super elegant feasting tables overflowing with old silver, press glass and sweet porcelain overflowing with summer dahlias in peaches, pinks and creams for a celebration that was both intimate and effortless. The night ended with an ice cream sundae station courtesy of Carmela, an all time favorite of the area. Loveliness all around…enjoy the beautiful images from Steve Steinhardt

END OF YEAR NOSTALGIA

Just like many of you, the end of the year brings about a certain amount of nostalgia. Looking back at all the amazing things we’ve accomplished over the year and the even more wonderful couples we’ve worked with. As we head into the new year, we wanted to say one last congratulations to the beautiful people we’ve been able to work with this year. You take us into your lives, often treating us like family members, giving us the opportunity to create a once in a lifetime moment for you and for that we will be forever grateful. It is because of you that I get to do what I love day in and out, all year round, this year and next! Thank you for allowing us to be a little piece of your worlds in 2011!

Here’s wishing each of you a wonderful first holiday season as a married couple and to many, many, many more. Much love to all of you!

JENNY & ART GET HITCHED

In our whirlwind of the wedding season, we realized we looked over some truly beautiful weddings we were honored to be a part of in 2010. One of which is the wonderful day of Jenny & Art, two truly special people who my life is better because I know them. They married at the Adamson House in Malibu and Jenny wasn’t tied to tradition of any sort. She wanted bling, color and feathers! If that wasn’t enough she topped it off with Bollywood dancers….It was such a blast and Steve Steinhardt captured every beautiful moment to it’s fullest. Enjoy!

RAQUEL & FRANK GET HITCHED

If you’ve had the chance to peek through our current issue of Darling, you’ve already seen a sneak peek of Raquel & Frank’s winery inspired wedding. This couple lived for their weekend’s in Napa and wanted to bring that feel to Malibu at the Saddlerock Ranch. Raquel was a true girly girl loving pink as she did, so we blended her love for the palest shades of the hue with more masculine touches to reflect Frank’s preference for cleaner and more residential design. We loved the result and hope you do too! Of course, Jose Villa did an amazing job of capturing both the romance and the details of the day.
